Paxa is the legal plugin for fast growing companies. Paxa offers fractional GC services to startups and scaleups. The company was founded in 2023 by Konstantin Heilmann, a German qualified and former M&A lawyer. He has been advising B2B SaaS companies in Germany, UK and the US for the last four years, in particular as the General Counsel and Head of People for BRYTER and as the part-time GC for Berlin-based Taktile and London-based PhysicsX. He is also the initiator of the Venture GC Network, the network for General Counsel in tech companies in Germany.
