The following is a sample of the key tasks we perform:

• Build a solid finance foundation that benchmarks best-in-class practices to help the company to scale
• Establish financial processes, systems, and controls. Structure the accounting/financial information to provide the required data to produce the metrics, accurately and timely
• Build a sound financial plan with scenarios that combine strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the company
• Develop of a financial reporting and metrics dashboard, with a focus on measuring and tracking the top KPIs that drive valuations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly updates of the financial plan and rolling forecasts with focus on cash runway
• Lead the annual budget, monitoring of actual vs budget variations and corrective measures
• Supervision of the monthly and annuals financial closings
• Coordination of the external financial services providers (accounting, tax, payroll, banks)
• Reporting to investors and Board of Directors participation and support
• Support the management team with fundraising
• Serve as a reliable sounding board and aide on strategic and operational matters
• Special projects as needed: advisory and M&A support for buy/sell side
